Enrollment

• All fees must be paid to us before the course starts.

Services

• In the event of circumstances beyond our control, we may change the services offered, including details of courses, facilities and dates of program. Where the number of students at any level is insufficient to from a viable group, we may provide group lessons at a different time of day or one-to-one lessons. Lessons are held at our school buildings or at alternative premises nearby.

 Conduct of Students

• The students must follow the rules of each course, and follow our instructors.
• We may expel any student for behavior which is unacceptable, including unsatisfactory attendance. In such case we will not return fees and the student will have to pay any additional other costs.

Resolution of Disputes

• If any student is unhappy with any aspect of the course, they should contact the director. We will investigate the complaint if:

1. We received it within 14 days after the end of the course
2. It was given in writing to the director before the student left
3. We have received all fees due

Public Holidays

• There are no lessons on Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas and New Year Days, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day and Independence Day.

Tuition Refund Policy

• Tuition payments must be made before the student's start date in accordance with the payment plan selected by the student.
  Books are not included in registration or tuition fees.
• The registration, processing and mailing fees are not refundable.
• Students are refunded their tuition deposit in full if they notify the admission office about their withdrawal at least one day before their start date.
• Any student is eligible for a pre-payment discount if they choose to pay for multiple sessions in advance. If in any case such students discontinue their studies during their prepaid program, refunds will be paid based on a regular, non-discounted price.
• All tuition refunds are processed within 30 days after the initial refund request. Upon the student's request, the refund can be used as a credit towards the next session.
